1. Assess
We test before we quote. Water samples go through pH, TDS, hardness, chlorine and iron. Air assessments cover particulate, CO₂, humidity and airflow. Waste audits sort a week of actual bin content. Energy audits meter the major loads over a representative period. You get the numbers whether or not you buy from us.
2. Design
Every proposal is itemised line by line: technical description, product image, unit price, quantity, total. It also carries a “Not Included” section so there is no argument about scope later. Larger projects are billed in phases tied to delivery milestones.
3. Install
Our technicians do the work. They carry the service history for your site, so the person commissioning your system is likely the person servicing it next year.
4. Maintain
Filters expire. Membranes foul. Carbon saturates. Panels soil. We schedule replacements before performance drops and issue a service report each visit. Annual maintenance contracts are available across every division.
