Treatment plants are energy-heavy. Once a site has invested in water and air infrastructure, the electricity bill becomes the next line worth attacking.

What we do

Rooftop solar PV

System design, supply and installation for commercial and residential rooftops, sized against your actual consumption profile.

Learn more

Solar water heating

Thermal systems for accommodation blocks, hotels and villas, cutting the largest single electrical heating load on most sites.

Learn more

Energy audits

Metered assessment of where the consumption actually goes, with a costed list of interventions ranked by payback.

Learn more

Efficiency retrofits

Pump and motor replacement, VFD installation, lighting, controls and heat recovery on existing plant.

Why we do this at all

A high-pressure RO pump running continuously is one of the larger loads on a small commercial site. So is an STP blower. When we design a treatment system we already know its consumption, which makes us better placed than a general solar contractor to size generation against it.

The audit usually pays for itself before any equipment is bought. Most sites we assess have at least one pump oversized for its duty and running against a throttled valve.

How an audit works

  • Metering on the major loads over a representative period, not a single spot reading
  • Review of tariff structure and consumption profile
  • Walkthrough of plant, controls and set points
  • Costed intervention list ranked by simple payback
  • No obligation to buy any of the equipment from us

Frequently asked questions

Is rooftop solar viable in Oman?

Solar resource here is among the strongest in the world. The variables that decide a project are roof area and orientation, your consumption profile against generation hours, and the connection arrangement with your distribution company. We assess all three before quoting.

Does dust affect solar output?

Materially, yes. Soiling losses in this climate are significant and cleaning schedules are part of the system design, not an afterthought. This sits under an AMC.

Can you retrofit efficiency measures to plant you didn’t install?

Yes. Most of our audit work is on existing plant from other suppliers.
