What an AMC covers
Water systems
Cartridge and membrane replacement, tank cleaning and sanitisation, RO performance checks, softener regeneration and resin condition.
Air systems
Filter replacement schedules, AHU inspection, duct cleaning intervals, purifier servicing and odour dosing top-up.
Waste programmes
Bin servicing, collection coordination, staff refresher briefings and diversion reporting.
Energy systems
Solar panel cleaning, inverter checks, generation monitoring against expected yield and efficiency verification.
How our contracts work

- A written service report after every visit, with readings, parts replaced and anything flagged

We service equipment we didn’t supply
A significant share of our AMC portfolio is plant installed by other contractors, some of whom are no longer in the market. Bring us the equipment and we will assess whether it is worth maintaining or worth replacing, and say so honestly either way.

What does an AMC cost?
It depends on system size, visit frequency and which consumables are included. We quote after a survey, itemised line by line, with the “not included” list written down.
Can I cover several sites under one contract?
Yes, and most of our commercial clients do. Reporting can be consolidated or per-site.
What happens if something breaks between visits?
Sites under contract get priority response. Labour is normally covered; parts depend on the contract tier.
